Examples of Request of the Authority in a sentence
The Trustee shall be protected in acting upon any notice, resolution, requisition, request (including any Written Request of the Authority or the County), consent, order, certificate, report, opinion, bond or other paper or document believed by it to be genuine and to have been signed or presented by the proper party or parties.
The Trustee may conclusively rely upon the Written Request of the Authority, with the approval of the County Administrator or the County Finance Director, or a duly authorized representative of the County, endorsed thereon, in making any determination that costs are payable as Additional Payments hereunder, and shall not be required to make any investigation as to whether or not the items so requested to be paid are expenses related to the lease of the Facilities.
Each such Request of the Authority shall be sufficient evidence to the Trustee of the facts stated therein and the Trustee shall have no duty to confirm the accuracy of such facts.
Whenever provision is made for the return to the Authority of any Bonds which have been cancelled pursuant to the provisions hereof, the Authority may, by a Written Request of the Authority, direct the Trustee to destroy such Bonds and furnish to the Authority a certificate of such destruction.
The moneys in the Costs of Issuance Fund shall be used to pay Costs of Issuance from time to time upon receipt by the Trustee of a Request of the Authority.
