Requester Content definition

Requester Content means information provided by or collected from a Requester. Requester Content does not include Usage Data collected from Requesters.
Requester Content means information provided directly to NextRequest by a Requester. Requester Content does not include Usage Data collected from Requesters.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
