Required Contractual Consents definition

Required Contractual Consents means those consents required to be obtained in order to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Required Contractual Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Required Contractual Consents means the consent or approval of each Person whose consent or approval shall be required in order to consummate the Transactions under any of the Material Contracts listed in Section 7.2(f) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule.

More Definitions of Required Contractual Consents

Required Contractual Consents means, with respect to any Person, any Contracts of such Person with respect to which the consent of the other party or parties thereto must be obtained by such Person pursuant to an express term or provision thereof by virtue of the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby to avoid the termination thereof, a material breach or default thereunder that cannot be cured.
