Required Dedication Proceeds with respect to such applicable Required Dedication will be paid to the Administrative Agent, concurrently with the closing of such Required Dedication, to be applied in accordance with (and in the amount required by) subsection 2.6B(ii)(d).
Concurrently with, and as a condition to the closing of, any Required Dedication by any of the Borrower Entities, the Borrower shall prepay the Loans in an amount equal to the Required Dedication Proceeds attributable to such Required Dedication.
