Unimproved Lot definition

Unimproved Lot means a Lot in its natural forested state, allowing for limited removal of shrubs and trees as approved by the A&E Committee.

Unimproved Lot means any Lot on which no Structure or Improvement has been Certified for Occupancy. “VOH” shall mean The Villages at Ocean Hill Community Association, Inc., as established by the Articles, and its successors and assigns.
