Curb Cuts. No Owner of any lot shall construct, widen, remove or alter any curb cut within the road allowance of a municipal road or create or construct any driveway entrance, or cause any such work to be done except with the approval of the Municipality. Curb Cuts. (1) Lots in the contract zone shall be limited to two thirty-foot curb cuts on the same street.
(2) Curb cuts on the same street serving the same lot shall be separated a minimum distance of 60 feet. An earthen berm with a minimum height of six inches and a maximum height of four feet, covered with loam and seed, shall be installed between, and at the sides of, curb cuts located on the same street.
(3) The curb cut turning radius shall be designed by a licensed professional to accommodate ingress and egress by tractor-trailer vehicles. The distance between the curb cut radii may be greater than 30 feet, based on the recommendation of a licensed professional.
(4) The curb cut standards of Section 515, with the exception of Subsection 515(B), shall apply to the Windham Center Contract Zone.

(A) The Property has a total of four active full service curb cuts on the Property, three of which are non-residential and one of which is residential and serves as the driveway for the existing residence located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx. The parties acknowledge that the future development of the property will allow the three non-residential curb cuts to remain but further agree the residential curb cut serving as the driveway to 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx shall be eliminated when that residence is razed for future development.
Curb Cuts. The Parties hereto agree to the closing of their respective curb cuts on West Main Street by the use of permanently installed bollards at the north end of every driveway and positioned evenly with the front edge of the adjacent structures. The existing driveways shall become sidewalks from the rear public parking areas to Main Street. Maintenance access from the rear (south side) of the existing driveways shall be maintained. All curb cuts shall be replaced with curbs and the aprons shall be raised in a manner to be even with the surrounding sidewalk area. The costs associated with the installation of curb and gutter as well as the permanent bollards and sidewalk restoration shall be borne by the City of Xxxxx. All other parties agree to donate any necessary easement for the installation of the permanent bollards.
Curb Cuts. That Vendor is able to secure INDOT approval for at least one of the commercial curb cuts on State Road #135 and a Johnson County curb cut approval on Whiteland Road to be located in proximity to Lot 1.
