  • Except as provided in this Agreement, the Company will not grant to any holder or prospective holder of any securities of the Company registration rights with respect to such securities that are the same as or more favorable from the perspective of such Person as or than, the registration rights granted hereunder without the prior written consent of the Required Investor Holders, unless such rights are also offered to the Required Investor Holders.
