Required Monthly Volume definition

Required Monthly Volume means the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of Days in the applicable Month.
Required Monthly Volume for any Accounting Period means (i) the Shipper’s Committed Volume times the number of days in such Accounting Period, reduced by any credit for Excess Volumes, or, if less, (ii) the capacity of the Dakota Energy Connection Pipeline Project apportioned to Shipper in such Accounting Period in accordance with apportionment procedures set forth in Item No. 15 of this Rules Tariff.
Required Monthly Volume means, in any Month, the product of a Committed Shipper Option 2 Shipper’s Committed Volume (to the extent such Shipper has agreed in a TSA to a Required Monthly Volume) multiplied by the number of days in such Month, minus the volume of Crude Oil the Committed Shipper Option 2 Shipper nominated in that same Month, but was not able to transport due to an event of Force Majeure or Interruption and Curtailment affecting the Pipeline.

Examples of Required Monthly Volume in a sentence

  • In any Month, the product of Shipper’s Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in such Month shall be the “Required Monthly Volume” provided, however, that Shipper’s Required Monthly Volume for this purpose shall be reduced by any volumes Shipper tendered to Carrier for shipment in such Month, but which Carrier failed to accept for transportation, or otherwise failed to transport, for any reason other than Shipper’s failure to comply with the terms of the TSA or this Tariff.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Tariff, commencing on the Commencement of Service Date and continuing during the Term, if Committed Shipper fails to ship its Required Monthly Volume during any Month, such Committed Shipper shall pay Carrier an amount equal to the Committed Rate then in effect multiplied by the difference between (i) the Committed Shipper’s Required Monthly Volume for the Month and (ii) the Committed Shipper’s actual shipments for such Month (“Deficiency Payment”).

  • Commencing as of the Commencement of Service Date and continuing through the Term of the TSA, Committed Shipper agrees to Nominate and ship the Committed Volume, or otherwise pay a Deficiency Payment for, failure to ship its Required Monthly Volume.

  • As of the Commencement Date, or the commencement date as set forth in a Committed Shipper’s TSA, whichever is later for that particular Committed Shipper, and continuing through the term of the TSA, a Committed Shipper agrees to Nominate and ship, or otherwise pay a Deficiency Payment for failure to ship its Required Monthly Volume.

More Definitions of Required Monthly Volume

Required Monthly Volume means, with respect to a Month during the Term, the minimum average daily volume commitment in such Month as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto.

Related to Required Monthly Volume

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.
