Rules Tariff definition

Rules Tariff means a tariff or the portion of a tariff, as defined by 46 CFR 520.2, containing the terms and condi- tions governing the charges, classifica- tions, rules, regulations and practices of an NVOCC, but does not include a rate.[83 FR 34791, July 23, 2018]

More Definitions of Rules Tariff

Rules Tariff means the rules and regulations in force and governing the tolls, receipt, operations and delivery for Diluent transportation service on the Diluent Pipeline filed with, and approved by, the appropriate regulatory authority as may be amended from time to time.
