Required Number of Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 9(g).
Required Number of Shares means shares of Common Stock (or securities convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for Common Stock) representing a total of 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 12.

Required Number of Shares has the meaning given to it in Section 3.10(d)(i);
Required Number of Shares means the number of Shares required to be Sold by Bohai in any Required Transaction pursuant to paragraph (c) of Section 3.10, which number shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the Base Number of Shares. The term Base Number of Shares means the number of Shares set forth opposite Bohai’s name on Schedule 1 (as Adjusted and as reduced by any Shares Sold by Bohai from and after the expiration of the Bohai Lock-up Period).
