  • Borrower shall perform the repairs at the Property as more particularly set forth on Schedule 2.13(b) (such repairs, the "Reserve Fund Required Repairs") and Schedule 2.13(e) (such repairs, the "Non-Reserve Fund Required Repairs"; and together with the Reserve Fund Required Repairs, the "Required Repairs"), and shall complete each of the Required Repairs and provide Lender with reasonable evidence thereof on or before one hundred eighty days from the date hereof (the "Required Repairs Deadline").
