Required Tenants definition

Required Tenants means those Tenants commonly known as [REDACTED]. At Buyer’s request, Seller agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to all Tenants a subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreement (an “SNDA”) prior to Closing in a form reasonable requested by Buyer and/or Buyer’s lender; provided, however, that delivery to and receipt from any Tenant of an SNDA shall not be a condition of Closing.
Required Tenants means, the tenants identified on Schedule 1.1(3).
Required Tenants means (i) the Anchor Tenant, (ii) all Tenants of space at the Property under Leases demising 20,000 square feet or more as of the Closing Date; and (iii) of the remaining Tenants of space at the Property as of the sixtieth (60th) day prior to the Closing Date, Tenants whose aggregate leased square footage equals or exceeds seventy percent (70%) of the aggregate leased square footage of the Property as of such 60th day (exclusive of the square footage occupied by the Anchor Tenant and Tenants under Leases demising 20,000 square feet or more).

  • Borrowers shall have entered into a Lease with each of the Required Tenants, each such Lease shall be acceptable to Lender, Borrowers shall have delivered true and complete copies of each such Lease to Lender and Lender shall be in receipt of an estoppel certificate and subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreement (where required by Lender) from each Required Tenant, in each case, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, with respect to each such Lease.

  • To the extent Contributor delivers to BKP Tenant Estoppel Certificates or the Contributor’s Affidavit(s), if applicable, for the Required Tenants, the failure of Contributor to deliver the applicable Tenant Estoppel Certificate from any other tenant shall not be grounds for any delay or cancellation of the Closing hereunder.

Required Tenants means (i) all Anchor Tenants; (ii) all Tenants at the Property under existing Leases demising 20,000 square feet or more; and (iii) of the remaining Tenants of the Improvements under existing Leases as of the Effective Date, those whose aggregate leased square footage equals or exceeds eighty percent (80%) of the aggregate occupied square footage of the Property under such Leases (exclusive of the square footage occupied by Anchor Tenants and Tenants under existing Leases demising 20,000 square feet or more) (it being agreed that, at current occupancy levels, eighty percent (80%) of the aggregate occupied square footage of the Property, exclusive of the square footage occupied by Anchor Tenants and Tenants under existing Leases demising 20,000 square feet or more, would equal 217,611 square feet).
Required Tenants means any tenant under any Lease which demises 10,000 square feet or more in any Project.
