Required Transferee Representations Letter definition

Required Transferee Representations Letter means the representations in substantially the form of the letter attached to this Funding Loan Agreement as Exhibit B, duly executed by the holder of the Governmental Lender Notes and delivered to the Governmental Lender and the Fiscal Agent.
