Requisite Holding definition

Requisite Holding means 9.95% or more of the aggregate Common Stock Equivalents of ITC Investments (or such lesser percentage as determined in accordance with Section 4.9).
Requisite Holding means with respect to each Stockholder two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) shares of Capital Stock (subject to equitable adjustment for stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, and other recapitalizations).

As of the date of the adoption of this Sub-Plan, the Required Holding Period for 102 Capital Gains Track Grants is 24 months from the date of grant of the Award.

  • Bank Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1842 and the regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System thereunder.

  • Qualified CFC Holding Company means a person (a) that is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of a Domestic Loan Party and (b) who has no material assets other than Equity Interests in Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs or other Qualified CFC Holding Companies.

  • Parent Holding Company means any direct or indirect parent entity of Holdings which holds directly or indirectly 100% of the Equity Interest of Holdings and which does not hold Capital Stock in any other Person (except for any other Parent Holding Company).

  • Requisite Lenders means Lenders having (a) more than 50% of the Commitments of all Lenders, or (b) if the Commitments have been terminated, more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding amount of the Loans.

  • Foreign Holding Company means any Subsidiary all or substantially all of the assets of which are comprised of Equity Interests in one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or CFC Debt.

  • Direct holdings means all publicly traded securities of a company that are held directly by the state treasurer or a retirement system in an actively managed account or fund in which the retirement system owns all shares or interests.

  • Required Lenders means, at any time, Lenders having Revolving Credit Exposures and unused Commitments representing more than 50% of the sum of the total Revolving Credit Exposures and unused Commitments at such time.

  • SAP Parent means SAP SE, a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) established under the laws of Germany and the European Union, registered with the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim, Germany, under HRB 719915, with registered office in Walldorf, Germany, and business address at Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf, Germany.

  • Requisite Consents means all approvals, permissions and consents (whether statutory or otherwise) required from time to time from parties other than the Consultees in respect of the works or activities covered by a Proposal;
