Requisite Members definition

Requisite Members means the Members (which may include the Manager) holding at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the Common Units then outstanding.
Requisite Members means the holders of a majority of the Common Units then issued and outstanding, voting together as a separate class.
Requisite Members means, the Carrier Deciding Member and the Watsco Deciding Member; provided, that if (i) the Percentage Interest owned by the Carrier Holders, in the aggregate, ceases to be at least ten percent (10%), Requisite Members shall be deemed to be the Watsco Deciding Member, and (ii) the Percentage Interest owned by the Watsco Holders, in the aggregate, ceases to be at least ten percent (10%), Requisite Members shall be deemed to be the Carrier Deciding Member.

More Definitions of Requisite Members

Requisite Members means the holders of (i) two thirds (66.66%) of the issued and outstanding Company Interests voting together as a single class, (ii) a majority of the issued and outstanding Class A Company Interests voting as a separate class and (iii) a majority of the issued and outstanding Class B Company Interests voting as a separate class.
