Requisition for Funds definition

Requisition for Funds means the form attached hereto as Exhibit B to be utilized by the Governmental Agency in obtaining disbursements of the Loan from the Authority as construction of the Project progresses.
Requisition for Funds means the Program form provided by the Authority to the Borrower to be utilized by the Borrower in obtaining disbursements of the Loan from the Authority as Construction of the Project progresses.
Requisition for Funds means the form attached hereto as Exhibit B to be utilized by the Borrower in obtaining disbursements of the Loan from the Trustee.

  • Contract Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Contract.

  • Request regarding a statement of account means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a statement indicating what the debtor believes to be the aggregate amount of unpaid obligations secured by collateral as of a specified date and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Advance directive means a document that contains a health care instruction or a power of attorney for health care.
