Reseller Documentation definition

Reseller Documentation means all documentation made available by PSINet for use by any reseller or distributor of services of the type comprising the Services to describe the methods and procedures used by PSINet in the provisioning and support of users of services of the type comprising any of the Services provided under this Agreement, as such documentation may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Program Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement, the Guaranty, the Custodial Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, the Power of Attorney, the Servicing Agreement, if any, the Servicer Notice, if entered into and, with respect to each Exception Mortgage Loan, a Purchase Confirmation.

  • Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.

  • Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, and as made reasonably available by Securiti.

  • Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Regulatory Documentation means, with respect to the Compounds, all submissions to Regulatory Authorities in connection with the development of such Compounds, including all INDs and amendments thereto, NDAs and amendments thereto, drug master files, correspondence with regulatory agencies, periodic safety update reports, adverse event files, complaint files, inspection reports and manufacturing records, in each case together with all supporting documents (including documents that include Clinical Data).
