Reservation Application means an application made by a Member to reserve Accommodation in accordance with these Regulations and which application may be in writing or by telephone or by such further or other means as the Responsible Entity determines;

Related to Reservation Application

  • Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
