Reserve Account Deficiency Amount definition

Reserve Account Deficiency Amount means, as of any date of determination, the excess, if any, of the Required Reserve Account Amount for such date over the Available Reserve Account Amount for such date.
Reserve Account Deficiency Amount means as of any Payment Date the amount by which the Reserve Account Required Balance exceeds the Reserve Account Balance as of such Payment Date.

  • Reserve Account Deficiency shall have, for any Distribution Date, the meaning specified for such Distribution Date in Section 4.6(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
