Reserves Disclosure definition

Reserves Disclosure means the disclosure relating to the Company’s reserves: (i) under the heading “Reserves, Production and Related Information” in the annual information form of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2011 and dated February 15, 2012; and (ii) in Appendix B to the annual information form of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2011 and dated February 15, 2012.
Reserves Disclosure means the disclosure relating to the Company’s reserves: (i) contained in the Company’s annual information form for the year ended November 30, 2013 and dated March 31, 2014; and (ii) in the Company’s revised Form 51-101F1 – Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information – Revised for the period ended November 30, 2013 and dated April 29, 2014.
Reserves Disclosure means disclosure relating to the engineering evaluation of crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas interests of Husky: (i) prepared internally in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Financial Accounting Standards Board in the United States and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission contained in Husky's Form 40-F for the year ended December 31, 2019 filed; and (ii) prepared in accordance with National Instrument 51-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities contained in the annual information form of Husky dated February 27, 2020;

  • Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.

  • Adverse Disclosure means any public disclosure of material non-public information, which disclosure, in the good faith judgment of the Chief Executive Officer or principal financial officer of the Company, after consultation with counsel to the Company, (i) would be required to be made in any Registration Statement or Prospectus in order for the applicable Registration Statement or Prospectus not to contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein (in the case of any prospectus and any preliminary prospectus, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made) not misleading, (ii) would not be required to be made at such time if the Registration Statement were not being filed, and (iii) the Company has a bona fide business purpose for not making such information public.

  • Continuing Disclosure Undertaking means the Continuing Disclosure Undertaking of the Issuer, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1, dated the Closing Date, for the purpose of providing continuing disclosure information under Rule 15c2-12 adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Annual Accountant’s Report is defined in Section 3.04(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Criminal history record information means records and data collected by criminal justice agencies

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Borrower, the Originator, the Servicer or the Receivables.

  • Required disclosure means disclosure by the director who has a conflicting interest of:

  • Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;

  • Company Financial Information As defined in Section 2(a)(ii).

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;

  • Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.

  • Additional Designated Information As defined in Section 11.02.

  • Informed Financial Consent means the medical provider advises you of any out-of-pocket costs before your admission. This is called Informed Financial Consent.

  • Covered Disclosure Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Protected Disclosure means any communication made in good faith that discloses or demonstrates information that may evidence unethical or improper activity.

  • Update means a hotfix, patch or minor version update to any Platform software; and
