Resettlement Committee definition

Resettlement Committee means an inter- governmental committee established pursuant to any law relating to the resettlement of local communities designed to review, approve, monitor and evaluate resettlement activities in Sierra Leone;
Resettlement Committee refers to the committee established in accordance with the provisions of the RP (defined hereunder), with terms of reference to implement such RP;
Resettlement Committee means the committee established pursuant to Prime Minister’s Decision No. 64/PMO dated November 4, 1998, responsible for guiding and overseeing the resettlement process as further provided in Schedule 4, Part 1, Section 4.2 of the Concession Agreement, and any successor thereto.

Examples of Resettlement Committee in a sentence

  • The schedule for the implementation of activities must be agreed to between the Resettlement Committee and the PAPs. These include the target dates for start and completion of civil works, timetables for transfers of completed civil works to PAPs, and dates of possession of land that PAPs are using.

  • There will be two i.e. Resettlement Committee and the Housing Committee (established under the project) at which the APs can raise their common and personal grievances.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
