  • The House Officer ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to perform all medical services the Hospital conventionally associates with the Residency Training Program in a manner compliant with federal, state and local laws and regulations and with the standards of service established by the Hospital, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (“ACGME”), The Joint Commission, and federal, state and local agencies.

  • Resident shall regularly update Residency Training Program Coordinator of Resident’s Licensure status.
