  • As such, it is understood and agreed that Resident(s) assigned to Receiving Site shall not be granted medical staff membership or privileges at Receiving Site during their rotation as part of their educational requirement in the Residency Training Program.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
