Residential Lease definition

Residential Lease means a lease of Territory Land granted for residential purposes only;
Residential Lease means a leasehold interest in an individual dwelling unit and shall not include any master lease.
Residential Lease means a lease, sublease or other agreement that relates to all or a portion of a project, where all of such project, or the portion thereof to which such lease, sublease or other agreement relates, is designed and intended for the purpose of providing housing accommodations and such facilities as may be incidental thereto, the landlord's interest in which is held by the authority at the time such lease, sublease or other agreement is entered into.

More Definitions of Residential Lease
