Residential Members definition

Residential Members means a class of members who consist of homeowners associations located in Emeryville or operators of multi-unit residential properties located in Emeryville that pay fees or dues as set forth in Section 4 of this Article. Residential Members shall elect one (1) Director to the Board of Directors;
