Residential placement definition

Residential placement means a placement in a licensed publicly or privately owned facility, other than a private family home, where 24-hour care is provided to children separated from their families. A residential placement includes placements in children's residential facilities as defined in В§ 63.2-100 of the Code of Virginia.
