More Definitions of Residential Unit Owner

Residential Unit Owner means the Owner from time to time of the Residential Unit.
Residential Unit Owner means any Unit Owner of a Residential Unit at the time in question. All such Residential Unit Owners are, collectively, referred to as the “Residential Unit Owners.”
Residential Unit Owner shall have that meaning set forth in Section 1.02(a) of this Development Agreement.
Residential Unit Owner means and refer to the record titleholder of a Residential Unit, but the term does not include a Person holding an interest in a Residential Unit solely as security for an obligation.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Generator Owner means the Person that owns the Generating Facility and has registered with the NERC as the Person responsible for complying with all NERC Reliability Standards applicable to the owner of the Generating Facility.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Residential Rental Unit means an area legally licensed or permitted for use as a living space containing a sleeping area, bathing and sanitation facilities and cooking facilities equipped with a cooking range, refrigerator and sink, all of which are separate and distinct from other Residential Rental Units.   • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Condominium unit A Single Family Property within a Condominium Project.

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
