Examples of Resigning Employees in a sentence

  • The Resigning Employees shall have delivered to the Purchaser at or prior to the Closing a letter of resignation from the Company and the Company Subsidiaries, as applicable.

  • At the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer resignation letters (the “Resignation Letters”) executed by each of the Resigning Employees.

  • The Company shall inform Acquiror of any employees who have given the Company notice of resignation or termination (“Resigning Employees”), and cooperate and work with Acquiror to ensure that the Resigning Employees do not receive offers of continued employment from an Acquiror Employer.

  • Managing Employee means a general manager, business manager, administrator, director, or other individual who exercises operational or managerial control over, or who directly or indirectly conducts the day-to-day operation of an institution, organization, or agency.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(d)(i).

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Former Employee means an individual who has severed employment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer.

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.
