Responsibilities Matrix definition

Responsibilities Matrix means the responsibilities matrix designating roles and responsibilities under the Project Alliance Agreement, as set out in Schedule 6 of the Project Alliance Agreement;
Responsibilities Matrix means the table of that name set out in Schedule 5.
