Responsible charge experience means work in the field or in the office, where the applicant applicant/registrant had responsibility for the direction of the work and its successful accomplishment and where the applicant applicant/registrant had to make professional decisions without relying on advice or instructions from or first referring the decisions for approval to a superior.

  • Responsible charge means direct control and personal supervision of engineering or surveying work.

  • Responsible Company means, with respect to any Tax Return, the Company having responsibility for preparing and filing such Tax Return under this Agreement.
