RESS 2 Project definition

RESS 2 Project means a renewable energy project in receipt of a RESS 2 Letter of Offer and one which has also signed a RESS 2 Implementation Agreement.
RESS 2 Project means a renewable energy project, as detailed in an Applicationfor Qualification.
RESS 2 Project means a renewable energy project, as detailed in an Application for Qualification.

  • It shall be a condition of any Letter of Offer for RESS 2 that each RESS 2 Project shall comply on an ongoing basis with these Terms and Conditions and any other legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the RESS 2 Project in question.

  • All RESS 2 Projects must be operated in accordance with Prudent Electric Utility Practice in order to ensure the RESS 2 Project is available to produce electricity at times of relative system scarcity and at times of higher than average market prices.

  • This is achieved, on the one hand, through greater emphasis on the compensation of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the deputies and, on the other hand, through compensation for work on committees.

  • The FIP will be calculated by the Supplier on an hourly basis and will effectively be calculated with respect to deemed energy revenues based on the Loss-Adjusted RESS Metered Quantity of the RESS 2 Project applied to the Strike Price and the Loss-Adjusted RESS Metered Quantity of the RESS 2 Project applied to the Market Reference Price.

  • The Site of the RESS 2 Project must be specified using Irish Transverse Mercator and Applicants must possess and demonstrate control of this Site and the right to access this Site for the purposes of developing and operating the RESS 2 Project.

  • In general terms, costs are represented by the Strike Price of the RESS 2 Project applied to its Loss-Adjusted RESS Metered Quantity, and market revenues are represented by the deemed energy revenues and the realised capacity revenues applicable to the RESS 2 Project.

  • A RESS 2 Project can have only one Connection Agreement or be issued with one Connection Offer through the ECP process.

  • However, to accord with these Terms and Conditions, the reconciliation with each Supplier will recognise the unique Strike Price and Loss-Adjusted RESS Metered Quantity applicable to each RESS 2 Project in the reconciliation and, for the avoidance of doubt, Section 5.2.5 means that the FIP will be calculated on an equivalent hourly basis for each of the annual forecast and the annual reconciliation.

  • On this basis, it is important to refer to the main components of the equipment e.g. the RESS 2 Project will comprise approximately X to Y solar PV panels, invertors etc.

  • If a Successful Applicant does not execute an Implementation Agreement or post a Performance Bond with respect to a RESS 2 Project, they will have the Award rescinded and will not receive a Letter of Offer and the TSO will be entitled to draw down on the full amount of the Bid Bond.

Related to RESS 2 Project

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Mixed-use project means a project comprising both a qualified

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
