Restated Shareholders Agreement definition

Restated Shareholders Agreement means the seventh amended and restated shareholders agreement to be entered into by the parties thereto at the Closing and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Restated Shareholders Agreement has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.10.

Restated Shareholders Agreement means the Sixth Amended and Restated Shareholders Agreement entered into by and among the Company, the Investors, the Existing Investors and certain other parties thereto on the date hereof.
