Restricted Card definition

Restricted Card means a Card (whether Open Loop or Closed Loop) which can only be used with a limited network of government entities and pay for government services.
Restricted Card means the 'Bank Alfalah Limited VISA/Mastercard/American Express Card/ 1Link PayPak/MNet/Union Pay/JCB Card/ Government Relief Payment Cards/any other Debt/Prepaid or Credit card in respect of which usage has been restricted.
Restricted Card means a Card which Bank had by written notice from time to time instructed Merchant not to accept for any transaction.
