Restricted Limited Partnership Units means restricted limited partner profits interests in the Operating Partnership and other restricted limited partnership units in the Operating Partnership, providing distributions to the holder of the award based on the achievement of specified levels of profitability by the Operating Partnership or the achievement of certain goals or events, which may be convertible into or exchangeable for other securities of the Operating Partnership or into shares of the Company’s capital stock, including the Shares.
