Restricted Region definition

Restricted Region means anywhere in Nevada, California, Florida, and New Mexico, which are the jurisdictions in which the Company conducts business or reasonably expects to conduct business within the next twelve (12) months.
Restricted Region means, for any Target Business Segment, the jurisdictions identified in respect of such region on Schedule 1.1(h).
Restricted Region means any state or location in which the Company operates and conducts its business or into which the Company directs its services.

More Definitions of Restricted Region

Restricted Region means the following countries (or any countries successor thereto): India, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Albania and Moldova.
Restricted Region means the Salem, Oregon television metro market, as defined by Arbitron as of the date of this Agreement.
Restricted Region means the United States of America and Canada.
Restricted Region shall be the lesser of (i) any county or any counties contiguous to such county in the State of Arkansas, the State of Colorado, the State of Ohio, the State of Oklahoma, the State of Pennsylvania, the State of South Dakota, the State of Texas and the State of Wyoming in which the Company has done business within the twelve (12) month period prior to such termination, or (ii) the maximum area allowed by applicable law.
