Restricted Subsidiary Guarantor means a Subsidiary Guarantor that is a Restricted Subsidiary.
Restricted Subsidiary Guarantor means each Subsidiary of Publishing that is required to issue a Guarantee of the Securities under the terms of this Indenture.
