Restrictive status definition

Restrictive status means a status the Department assigns to people in custody who the Department determines require heightened identification, tracking, and/or monitoring for safety and security purposes.

Examples of Restrictive status in a sentence

  • Restrictive status housing units that do not provide kiosk services shall provide each offender housed in the unit(s) a physical, written copy of the document.
