Restructuring Trustee definition

Restructuring Trustee means [*] as trustee for (directly or indirectly) (among others) the Guaranteed Loan Lenders and the Non-Guaranteed Loan Lenders;
Restructuring Trustee means a trustee acting on behalf of the Consenting Noteholders for the purpose of delivering the Restructuring Shares to the Consenting Noteholders by means of the Private Subscription.
Restructuring Trustee means DNB Bank ASA of Xxxxxxxx 00, XX-0000 Xxxx, Xxxxxx as trustee for (directly or indirectly) (among others) the Guaranteed Loan Lenders and the Non-Guaranteed Loan Lenders.

  • The Borrower agrees to pay to the Restructuring Trustee on demand all reasonable and documented expenses (including external legal and out-of-pocket expenses and disbursements) incurred by the Restructuring Trustee in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution and, where relevant, registration of the discharges of the second priority security over the Vessel.
