Retail Price Adjustment definition

Retail Price Adjustment means the adjustment to the NYMEX monthly settlement price, as determined by the SCO Auction and fixed for the term of the Agreement, expressed in U.S. Dollars per Mcf.
Retail Price Adjustment shall have the meaning as set forth in Columbia’s Tariff.
Retail Price Adjustment means the rate per Mcf an auction bidder of- fers in addition to the NYMEX closing price to derive the retail sales price for SCO/DSS commodity service.

Examples of Retail Price Adjustment in a sentence

  • The awarded tranches and the associated Retail Price Adjustment are set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement attached hereto and hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Potential modifications to the auction rules include, but are not limited to, allowing suppliers to increase the number of tranches on which they can bid (subject to creditworthiness requirements determined during the pre- qualification process) and/or resuming the initial round at a higher Retail Price Adjustment.

  • Working Capital Adjustment Amount means an amount, which may be positive or negative, calculated in accordance with Schedule C, equal to the difference of (a) the Closing Date Adjusted Working Capital minus (b) the Preliminary Adjusted Working Capital.

  • Adjustment Escrow Amount means $1,000,000.
