Retail Sites definition

Retail Sites means any retail store sites located on Business Real Property, including all real property and buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures, building systems and equipment located thereon.
Retail Sites means the retail operations and stores operated by MA Operator in accordance with all applicable Massachusetts Marijuana Laws, excluding, however, the retail operation and store located in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Retail Sites means, collectively, all of the Properties other than the Distribution Sites.
