Examples of Business Real Property in a sentence
All buildings and struc- tures constituting a portion of the Business Real Property lie wholly within the boundaries of the real property owned by the Transferred Companies and do not encroach upon the property of, or otherwise conflict with the property rights of, any other person or entity, except for encroachments or conflicts that would not, in the aggregate, have a Business Material Adverse Effect.
Sellers agree to cooperate in good faith with Purchaser's efforts to obtain, at its own costs and expense, (a) a title insurance policy (ALTA Owner's Title Insurance Policy - Form B), and a corresponding lender's title insurance policy, and all reasonably necessary endorsements with respect to the Business Real Property and (b) such landlord and/or tenant estoppel certificates as Purchaser or Purchaser's prospective lenders shall reasonably request.

In accordance with paragraph 3.2(f) of the Asset Purchase Agreement, Seller shall retain and pay, perform, satisfy and discharge when due, all of the liabilities and obligations of Seller arising under any Environmental Law, to the extent attributable to the Business Real Property or the operation of the Business on or prior to the Closing Date.
