Business Real Property definition

Business Real Property means, collectively, the Owned Real Property and the Leased Real Property.
Business Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).
Business Real Property means all Business Leased Real Property and Business Owned Real Property.

  • All buildings and struc- tures constituting a portion of the Business Real Property lie wholly within the boundaries of the real property owned by the Transferred Companies and do not encroach upon the property of, or otherwise conflict with the property rights of, any other person or entity, except for encroachments or conflicts that would not, in the aggregate, have a Business Material Adverse Effect.
