Retained Agreements definition

Retained Agreements has the meaning given in the SOFTWARE RIGHTS SCHEDULE (SCHEDULE F).

Retained Agreements means, at any time, all currently existing co-branding, partnering or similar agreements related to or entered into in connection with the SkyMiles Program and with respect to which the rights therein have not been transferred to Loyalty Co to the extent permitted under Section 5.16(i), but excluding the Delta Air Line Business Agreements.
