Retained Funds definition

Retained Funds means a cash amount equal to Forty-Six Million Eighty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($46,085,750).
Retained Funds set forth in the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following inserted in its place:
Retained Funds means, with respect to each Property, an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Allocable Purchase Price of such Property.
