Retention Letter definition

Retention Letter means a letter relating to the retention of net economic interest in substantially the form of Exhibit G hereto (relating to the EU Risk Retention Requirements), from the Retention Provider and addressed to each Affected Lender, each Agent and the Borrower, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Retention Letter means a letter from an attorney stating he/she has been retained by a Student facing disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the Student Code of Conduct.
