Retirement Program Change Effective Date definition

Retirement Program Change Effective Date means January 1, 2005, except that (a) for Employees at the South Brunswick, New Jersey facility who were hourly-rated instrument and electrical technicians, warehouse technicians, laboratory technicians, maintenance technicians, operation technicians, or production technicians as of January 1, 2005, the Retirement Program Change Effective Date shall be January 1, 2006, and (b) for salaried Employees who were on military leave on January 1, 2005, the Retirement Program Change Effective Date shall be the first of the month following 30 days after returning from military leave.

  • Agreement Termination Date is defined in Section 7.4.

  • the Effective Date means each date that the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment or amendments thereto became or become effective. "Execution Time" shall mean the date and time that this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto. "Basic Prospectus" shall mean the form of basic prospectus relating to the Securities contained in the Registration Statement at the Effective Date. Any reference herein to the Registration Statement, the Basic Prospectus, the Prospectus Supplement or the Prospectus shall be deemed to refer to and include the documents incorporated by reference therein pursuant to Item 12 of Form S-3 which were filed under the Exchange Act on or before the Effective Date or the issue date of the Basic Prospectus, the Prospectus Supplement or the Prospectus, as the case may be; and any reference herein to the terms "amend", "amendment" or "supplement" with respect to the Registration Statement, the Basic Prospectus, the Prospectus Supplement or the Prospectus shall be deemed to refer to and include the filing of any document under the Exchange Act after the Effective Date or the issue date of the Basic Prospectus, the Prospectus Supplement or the Prospectus, as the case may be, deemed to be incorporated therein by reference.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Required Effective Date means the relevant Initial Required Effective Date or Increased Required Effective Date (as those terms are defined below).

  • Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a Qualifying Termination occurs, as provided in Section 2.2 herein, which triggers the payment of Severance Benefits hereunder.

  • Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of one or more Index Cessation Events, the first date on which CDOR is no longer provided. If CDOR ceases to be provided on the Relevant Original Fixing Date but it was provided at the time at which it is to be observed pursuant to the terms and provisions of the applicable series of CDOR notes, then the Index Cessation Effective Date will be the next day on which the rate would ordinarily have been published;

  • Merger Effective Date means the date on which the Merger is consummated.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means the date that is 364 days from (and including) the Effective Date, or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Make-Whole Fundamental Change Effective Date means (A) with respect to a Make-Whole Fundamental Change pursuant to clause (A) of the definition thereof, the date on which such Make-Whole Fundamental Change occurs or becomes effective; and (B) with respect to a Make-Whole Fundamental Change pursuant to clause (B) of the definition thereof, the applicable Redemption Notice Date.

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).
