Military Leave definition
Military Leave means leave subject to reemployment rights under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, as amended from time to time.

For purposes of computing an Employee’s service, no more than 365 days of service shall be credited for any Military Leave except as required by Treas. Reg. Section 1.410(a) - 7(b) (6) (iii).
