Examples of Military Leave in a sentence
An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
If the employee is on probation, the extended probation period resulting from the Official or Military Leave of Absence shall end with the first day of the pay period after said extended date.
The granting of an Official or Military Leave of Absence shall cause the employee's probation period to be extended by the length of the Official Leave or by the length of the Military Leave in excess of fifteen (15) calendar days.
The granting of an Official Leave of Absence (other than a Military Leave) or the imposition of a suspension shall cause the merit increase eligibility date to be extended a number of calendar days equal to the Official Leave or suspension.
Upon return from Military Leave, the employee shall be placed in the same or similar position with the same rate of pay as they occupied prior to the leave.
