Return Transportation. If We have previously evacuated You to a medical facility, We will reimburse Your airfare costs, less refunds from Your unused transportation tickets, from that facility to Your Return Destination or Primary Residence, within one hundred eighty (180) days from Your original Scheduled Return Date. Airfare costs will be based on medical necessity or same class as Your original tickets.

Airfare costs will be the same class as Your original tickets. We have a designated Travel Assistance Service Provider who can arrange Your return transportation. You do not have to utilize the designated Travel Assistance Service Provider to arrange Your return transportation. However, all benefits payable under this coverage will be limited to the maximum amount that would have be payable had You utilized the designated Travel Assistance Service Provider to arrange Your return transportation.

  • Rule 7.1.03: Loss of Entitlement to Return Transportation (a) A staff member who resigns before completing one year of service or within three months following the date of his or her return from travel on home leave or family visit shall not be entitled to payment of return travel expenses for himself or herself and family members unless, in the opinion of the Executive Secretary, there are compelling reasons for authorizing such payment.

  • Worldwide Coverage - Repatriation to Hospital Near Home Coverage, Patient Return Transportation Coverage, and Mortal Remains Transportation Coverage benefits shall extend Worldwide.

  • Contingent on 10-day prior notice of travel to MASA, Member has world-wide access to Non-Emergent Air Transport, Repatriation/Recuperation, Return Transportation, Escort Transportation, Visitor Transportation, and Mortal Remains Transportation.

  • Return Transportation Any increase in the cost of the Covered Person’s return transportation to his or her home or work location followingemergency medical evacuation covered under this benefit, above the cost of the Covered Person’s original scheduled return transportation.

  • MASA hereby agrees to provide services associated with the coordination and provision of vehicle return services to Member’s Residence for ground vehicles as a result of Member’s utilization of Emergent Air Transportation, Emergent Ground Transportation, Non-Emergent Air Transportation, Repatriation/Recuperation, Return Transportation or Mortal Remains Transportation.

  • Ocean transportation means any transportation aboard a ship, vessel, boat, barge, or ferry through international waters.
