Revenue Funding Period definition

Revenue Funding Period means the period from the Acceptance Date or Additional Scheme Acceptance Date (as the context requires) of a Revenue Funding Scheme until 31 March 2028 (or such later date as Homes England may in its absolute discretion agree in writing (through IMS or otherwise)); Revenue Funding Quarterly Payment means a payment of Revenue Grant which can be claimed by the Grant Recipient each Quarter during the Revenue Funding Period for Revenue Funding Eligible Expenditure for an amount which does not exceed the Allocated Revenue Grant identified in the Revenue Grant Profile as the maximum amount payable in that Quarter; Revenue Funding Scheme means each scheme for the Delivery of Revenue Funding Support Services as has been fully detailed in IMS and accepted by Homes England through IMS as a Revenue Funding Scheme:

  • Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first to occur of (a) the Distribution Date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account (after giving effect to any transfers therefrom in connection with the transfer of Subsequent Contracts to the Trust on such Distribution Date) is less than $150,000, (b) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs, (c) the date on which an Insolvency Event occurs with respect to the Trust Depositor and (d) the close of business on the date which is 90 days from and including the Closing Date.

  • Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not apply if the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer notifies the Indenture Trustee that it expects the Accumulation Period Length to be adjusted to one (1) month, and otherwise shall mean a period commencing on the first Distribution Date on which a condition in the right column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, if the Distribution Date is a Distribution Date described in the corresponding left column of the following table, and ending on the Distribution Date immediately preceding the earlier to occur of:
