Revenue Participation Right definition

Revenue Participation Right means the right to receive the Royalty Payments.

Revenue Participation Right means the right to receive payment in full of all Revenue Payments, and an undivided ownership interest in all Net Sales occurring from and after January 1, 2025, including all accounts (as defined in the UCC), general intangibles (as defined in the UCC), payment intangibles (as defined in the UCC) and all other rights to payment on account of, in connection with or arising from such Net Sales, and all proceeds thereof, in an amount equal to the Revenue Percentage.

Revenue Participation Right means collectively all of the Buyer’s rights to receive the Payment Stream.
