Review Assets means those Receivables identified by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.16 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement as requiring a Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice according to Section 3.01 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
Complaint Investigation means an investigation of any complaint that has been made to a proper authority that is not covered by an abuse investigation.
Inquiries As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.
Review Board has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(i) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Review means a financial or operational audit, investigation, inspection or other form of review requested or required by the Funder under the terms of the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement, but does not include the annual audit of the HSP’s financial statements;
Review organization means a disability insurer regulated
Investigating Department means any department / division / office of SCI investigating into the conduct of the Entity and shall include the Vigilance Department, “Central Bureau of Investigation, the State Police or any other authority or entity set up by the Central or State Government having powers to investigate”.
Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).
Complaints means each of the following documents:
Investigational Product means the Study Drug identified above and the control material, as further detailed in the Protocol;
Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.
Review Conditions means (i) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger for that Payment Date and (ii) the Noteholders or Note Owners, as applicable, have voted, pursuant to Section 2.03(d) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, to direct an Asset Representations Review of the Subject Receivables.
Audits means the audits and reviews carried out by the Bank or the Bank’s auditors, experts and insurers, as the case may be in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Section 18.
Investigations The Xxxxxxx, when requested by one or a number of employees whom he/she represents, may investigate the basis for any dispute arising under this Agreement and may, at any stage, assist the employee(s) in seeking resolution of such dispute through the grievance procedure provided herein. A representative of the Union may substitute in place of the Xxxxxxx.
Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.
Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;
Background investigation means the investigation conducted by a licensee or applicant to support the determination of trustworthiness and reliability.
Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.
Product Complaint means any oral, electronic or written communication that alleges deficiencies related to the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness or performance of a marketed product, including failure of the product, labelling or packaging to meet specifications, whether or not the product is related to or caused the alleged deficiency. A complaint may allege that an Adverse Event or Medical Device Malfunction (as defined herein) has occurred.
Remedial investigation means a process to determine the nature and extent of a discharge of a contaminant at a site or a discharge of a contaminant that has migrated or is migrating from the site and the problems presented by a discharge, and may include data collected, site characterization, sampling, monitoring, and the gathering of any other sufficient and relevant information necessary to determine the necessity for remedial action and to support the evaluation of remedial actions if necessary;
Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;
Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.
Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.
Investigator means an individual who is:
Asset Review Quorum In connection with any solicitation of votes to authorize an Asset Review as described in Section 11.01(a), the Holders of Certificates evidencing at least 5% of the aggregate Voting Rights represented by all of the Certificates.
Routine means commonplace, regular, habitual, or ordinary.
