DATA PROTECTION NOTICE COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA The SUPPLIER will collect PERSONAL DATA from the RECIPIENTS’s contact person. The purpose of collecting PERSONAL DATA is in order to assist in processing the loan. In accordance with this AGREEMENT the SUPPLIER will collect the name, address, email address and phone number of the RECIPIENT.

The RECIPIENT shall seek consent before collecting any additional PERSONAL DATA and before using the RECIPIENT’s PERSONAL DATA for a purpose that has not been notified (except where permitted or authorized by law). In accordance with this agreement the SUPPLIER will only collect the name, address, email address and phone number of the RECIPIENT, in order to assist in processing the loan.
